The spa at Kukui'ula, which will be located adjacent to the Plantation House, will provide a unique sense of tranquility that becomes a refreshing adventure for the mind, body and spirit. Rejuvenating treatments are planned to draw from the timeless traditions and elements of Hawai'i's "Healing Island"—in its organic ingredients and its exotic garden setting. Many of the organic therapies will utilize indigenous plants grown on Kaua'i. The experience is planned to be primarily outdoors with a variety of specialized water treatments including a rejuvenating waterfall and a treatment table immersed in water. An innovative array of nurturing massage and skin therapies, personal services and fitness classes should raise the spa experience to a whole new level. Residents might even travel via kayak to a relaxing massage in a secluded beach cove.

The spa at Kukui'ula is planned to include private indoor/outdoor treatment rooms, extensive fitness facilities, a generous movement studio for Yoga and Pilates, and locker rooms that will offer an abundance of personal space. A lap pool will provide fitness and water therapies with privacy and comfort. Other sensory features planned will include individual outdoor garden showers, a glass-walled steam room nestled in a lushly landscaped courtyard formed by lava rock walls.
