The landscape zones of Kukui'ula are comprised of four geographic regions including; Rural, Mauka (inland hillside), Makai (seaward), and Coastal. Each region or zone has been thoughtfully designed to provide spectacular views of the ocean, mountains and sunsets, while taking advantage of the island's local trade winds. The respective regions will present numerous opportunities for our design team or your architect to capture the essence of the area's unique character and ambiance.
