Learn from the Land

Heeding ancient wisdom, the Kukui'ula Community Plan was guided by respect for the character of the land and nature. The plan borrows from the historic plantation orchards and gardens to re-establish a connection to the land and create an authentic environment. A path and trail system invites residents to explore their surroundings. The Upcountry Farm and planned Creative Studios will provide opportunities to participate in community activities.

At the heart of the community, within view of Kukui'ula Bay, will be the Kukui'ula Plantation Clubhouse, Spa and Golf Clubhouse. From here, the Tom Weiskopf- designed golf course will meander throughout the community, affording many panoramic ocean vistas. To the east will lie a community park and Kukui'ula Village with shopping, dining and entertainment. And from the Mauka to Makai (mountain to sea), homes will be oriented to take best advantage of cooling tradewinds, breathtaking ocean views and legendary island sunsets.
