A plantation town in the Kaua'i tradition.
Within the community of Kukui'ula, residents and guests will find a
plantation-style village center—reminiscent of an historic sugar cane
mill—for shopping, dining and entertainment. Distinctive island
architecture and tree-lined streets will create a relaxed garden setting
for the discovery of fashionable clothing, distinctive gifts and gourmet
fare. The Kukui'ula Village will become a destination for the entire island
because many of its retail shops will be unique to Hawai'i. More than
87,400 square feet will be devoted to boutiques, cafés and exotic
restaurants, a local country store and a weekly farmer's market.
Kukui'ula Village will provide a true island experience that enhances the
sense of living like a local instead of visiting like a tourist.
